Conspiracy Theory

Yesterday, my blood pressure tested high.
Granted, it's the middle of a crazy day in the midst of a crazy week, something to treat with caution, but not necessarily a fair measure of normalcy.
Still, I awoke this morning, determined to cut back on the caffeine, drink more water, and get serious about making time to work out even with all the craziness going on.
I drank a single cup of coffee and told myself that would be it.
Then I got to work.
A very kind and thoughtful coworker left a sweet note and an energy shot on my desk.
A sweet volunteer/friend arrived with a large cup of hot, black coffee.
And, another volunteer/friend called from Starbucks, not asking if I wanted anything, but what I wanted her to bring me.  (I chose cider!)
It's a conspiracy, I tell you.

This makes me laugh. Want me to bring you a Dr. Pepper to the concert Sunday night? ;)
